ABOUT ME

I'm Felicia Montanaro, owner of Knot & Anchor Photography.

I have always loved creating things. I like to craft, build, refinish, write, design, capture...everything. One of my favorite things to do has always been to take pictures. I remember being obsessed with my Mema's polaroid camera as a child and I probably went through hundreds of disposable cameras while I was growing up. My husband has known for years that I wanted to start my own photography business when the time is right. Knowing the time is very rarely ever "right" he surprised me with a new camera upon his return from deployment and voila...it was time.

 

I have two wild and crazy boys of my own so I'm no stranger to directing that energy to work well during a photo session. Please don't hold off on taking photos because you're waiting until they're older so they'll behave! That wildness is fleeting and perfect and beautiful.
